Prestwick Airport Debuts Seafood Export Service

Glasgow Prestwick Airport (PIK) has launched a new Scotland to China seafood export service following a £1m investment in equipment and facilities. The airport has acquired high-volume metal detectors, temperature exposure and tracking systems and four 87-tonne chillers in a dedicated facility designed to handle seafood exports globally.
