P.E.I. Lobster Fishers Still Facing Harbour Problems

Despite the federal government having dredging completed ahead of this year’s spring lobster season in North Rustico, P.E.I., fishers around the area still struggle to bring in their catches.
Dredging is a process required in some harbours because tidal currents and wave action can fill in navigational channels and harbour basins with sediment.
