Canada’s Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) contends that their enforcement officers in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick are patrolling the area by land, sea, and air, arresting culprits for lobster poaching and other crimes, but local residents, including one Minister of Parliament, beg to differ.
