Judge Finds NMFS Illegally Closed Massachusetts Lobster Fishing Area To Protect NARW
Massachusetts lobstermen are celebrating a much-needed win this week as a federal judge determined that the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) illegally closed 200 square miles of federal waters open to trap and pot fishing.
