Cause of Death Revealed For Third North Atlantic Right Whale To Die In 2024
NOAA confirmed that experts have completed a necropsy on the North Atlantic right whale (NARW) calf that was found stranded on Cumberland Island National Seashore in Georgia early this month. A cause of death was revealed, linking the whale’s early demise to a vessel strike.
