Nestlé Launches Plant-Based Whitefish Alternatives
Nestle has announced the launch of its plant-based alternatives to whitefish with products ranging from breaded fish fillets to nuggets and fingers.
The company said it was able to create a product that has a taste and texture similar to whitefish. Plus, the product is certified vegan.
