Appellate Court Sides with North Carolina Shrimpers in Clean Water Act Lawsuit

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit affirmed a decision from a District Court that said North Carolina shrimp trawlers were not in violation of the Clean Water Act.
