Shipping Companies Reach $9.5 Million Settlement in Bayside Canadian Railway Lawsuit

American Seafoods-affiliated shipping companies Kloosterboer International Forwarding LLC (KIF) and Alaska Reefer Management LLC (ARM) have reached a settlement with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in the Bayside Canadian Railway court battle.
