Aqua Cultured Foods Welcomes Chef Laurent Manrique As Their New Culinary Advisor
Alternative seafood company Aqua Cultured Foods is continuing to make advancements towards delivering realistic alternatives of tuna, whitefish, calamari, shrimp and scallops. This week the Chicago-based food tech company announced that they have appointed Chef Laurent Manrique as their inaugural culinary advisory.
