Fight Between FFAW and ASP Gets Ugly As Accusations Fly
Snow crab negotiation talks in Newfoundland and Labrador hit another roadblock Wednesday as the Fish, Food & Allied Workers (FFAW) and Association of Seafood Producers (ASP) hurled accusations of corruption and intimidation.
FFAW released an update on Tuesday saying that they were involved in negotiations with ASP and that Premier Andrew Furey was working with them to try to find a solution.
