Zone 16 Quebec Crabbers Back on the Water Following Deal with Processors

Snow crab fishermen in Quebec's Zone 16 are now heading out to fish after they were able to come to terms with the province’s processors on a price of $2.25 per pound, according to Radio Canada.
The deal differs from a recent court ruling that sided with the fishermen that would have seen processors with the Association québécoise de l'industrie de la pêche pay $3.10 per pound while supplying bait and cages, Radio Canada reported.
