Under Processed Canned Shrimp Recall Expanded
New York-based Kawasho Foods has expanded the February 26 voluntary recall of its canned GEISHA Medium Shrimp 4oz. to all lots of the product.
The company said it is making a move out of an “abundance of caution due to a concern that there is a possibility that the product has been under-processed, which could lead to the potential for spoilage organisms or pathogens.”
