ASP Stands By Fish Price Setting Panel’s Snow Crab Decision Despite Calls to Reignite Discussions
Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture Derrick Bragg sent a letter to the Association of Seafood Producers (ASP) and Fish, Food & Allied Workers (FFAW) on Friday urging them to “come together to find a mutually acceptable resolution” regarding snow crab pricing. FFAW has been pushing for a return to the bargaining table, but ASP is standing by the decision that was made by the Standing Fish Price Setting Panel.
