Sernapesca Gives Update on ISA Outbreak at AquaChile’s Punta Entrada Center
Earlier this month Chile’s National Fisheries and Aquaculture Service, Sernapesca, reported a suspected Infectious Salmon Anemia (ISA) outbreak at AquaChile’s Punta Entrada center in the Magallanes region. While the ISA Surveillance and Control Health Program is still carrying out activities, Sernapesca did confirm that the virus has not spread and surrounding centers are out of risk.
