Suit Charges State Violated Alaska Constitution in Mismanagement of AYK Salmon Fisheries
Eric Forrer and Joe Geldhof are holding the state of Alaska accountable for the salmon collapse on the Yukon and Kuskokwim Rivers, charging unconstitutional mismanagement and filing in the Superior Court district in Bethel, at the mouth of the Kuskokwim and south of the Yukon River in western Alaska.
