DOC’s Antidumping Duty on Indian Shrimp Exporters Potential to Be 4th Highest Ever Imposed
On March 3 the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) released preliminary results of an antidumping administrative review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India. The DOC found that during the period of February 1, 2021 through January 31, 2022 shrimp from India was likely being sold in the U.S. “at less than normal value.”
