Washington State Recalls Littleneck and Manilla Clams from Annas Bay Growing Area Following Rainfall
The Washington State Department of Health told the Interstate Shellfish Sanitation Conference (ISSC) that it is in the process of recalling Littleneck and Manilla clams harvested from the conditionally approved area of the Annas Bay growing area in Mason County, WA.
The impacted clams were harvested on October 30-31 and are being recalled due to the Skokomish River rising during a rainfall event.
