China Doing a Better Job in Promoting Seafood Abroad While Also Importing More
According to statistics from China's Customs Agency, the country’s seafood export value increased by 15.4% to US$13.217 billion from this January to July compared with the same period last year. The volume increased by 3.49% to about 2.104 million tons. In July, the value went up by 12.76% to US$1.929 billion, and the volume by 8.72% to around 0.318 million tons.
