Southern Shrimp Alliance Opposes Proposed Trade Laws That Could Exempt Antidumping Duties
The Southern Shrimp Alliance (SSA) submitted comments in opposition to recently proposed trade regulations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), which they are concerned could impact trade relief U.S. fishermen receive.
The comments were submitted last week and focus on Commerce’s potential decision to “facilitate the importation of massive amounts of crystalline silicon photovoltaic (“CSPV”) cells and modules exempt from the payment of antidumping (“ADs”) and countervailing duties (“CVDs”).
