Aquaculture Stewardship Council Shares Findings from Historic Consumer Research Survey

The Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) wrapped up the most comprehensive consumer research project in its history after interviewing 12,000 consumers across 12 countries about their thoughts on seafood and seafood consumption.

First, the ASC noted that health was the top reason consumers opted for seafood purchases, across all 12 markets. A pair of European countries, Germany and France, led the way in that aspect.
