NOAA Seeking Input On Draft Ropeless Roadmap, Proposes New Vessel Speed Regulations
Less than 350 North Atlantic Right Whales remain in the world and NOAA Fisheries is taking action to halt the population decline.
The government agency announced two proposals late last week in an effort to further protect North Atlantic right whales.
