AKUA, a company developing products with kelp, announced the launch of a brand new item – Krab Cakes. AKUA has been using locally sourced farmed kelp since 2019 when they launched a kelp jerky. Since then they’ve also developed the “world’s first” kelp burger. And now their latest product delivers a crab-free crab cake that still tastes like a coastal treat.
