GSA, New England Aquarium Want to Submit Breifs to Support Gorton’s in Tilapia Sustainability Lawsuit
Back in April, a complaint was filed by a pair of consumers Jeffrey Alan Spindel and Kevin McCarthy in the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts which claimed that Gorton’s Inc. has misled consumers over its “sustainably sourced” labeling on its frozen tilapia products, as SeafoodNews reported.
