ANALYSIS: Scallop Supply Shows Improvement; Select Sizes, Origins Adjust

Year-to-date scallop imports for the first three months of the year report the highest volume on record since 2014. The first quarter of 2022 brought in 20.8 million pounds of scallops, a 43.4 percent increase compared to 2021 and a 116.8 percent increase when compared to 2020.
