Like the spread of offshore wind development that started on the East Coast and moved west, so, too, is the spread of effort to create West Coast seafood industry representation.
The Responsible Offshore Development Alliance, headquartered in Washington, D.C., is expanding its capacity and hiring a person to be based on the West Coast, to work with fishermen and processors, and to deal with Pacific Ocean issues related to offshore development.
