USDA Spends Just Shy of $10 Million in Latest Alaska Pollock Purchase
The latest purchase award description from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) shows that it bought over 3.2 million pounds of Alaska pollock products for just shy of $10 million.
Back on May 4, the USDA shared its latest invitation for offers to sell pollock products as it eyed frozen fillets, frozen sticks, bulk containers and breaded frozen sticks.
