Florida Fisherman Fined $22K to Settle Federal Case with NOAA
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) and NOAA announced a settlement agreement with Darrell York, commercial fishing captain of the vessel Watch Out.
York agreed to pay $22,300 restitution for resource-related crimes which dated back to 2015.
