Corfu Foods Recalls Siluriformes Products Imported Without Benefit of Reinspection
Corfu Foods has recalled approximately 6,570 pounds of swai (Siluriformes) fish products imported from Vietnam that were not presented for import reinspection into the United States, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced on February 18.
The Bensenville, Illinois-based company imported frozen swai fish fillet items on January 15 and the following product was subject to the recall:
