Judge Denies Tuna Companies Push to Throw Out Price-Fixing Claims
U.S. District Judge Dana M. Sabraw tossed out StarKist and fellow tuna companies' push to throw out canned tuna price-fixing claims made by direct purchasers because they were “time-barred”.
