New York Fisherman Charged with Conspiracy, Fraud and Obstruction for Overharvest of Fish
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of New York unsealed a superseding indictment that charges New York fisherman Christopher Winkler with both conspiracy and substantive charges in connection with a scheme to illegally overharvest fluke and black sea bass.
