Foodtech Start-Up Plantish Provides First Look at Plant-based Salmon Fillet

Israel-based foodtech start-up Plantish provided a first look at its 100% plant-based whole-cut salmon fillet, a flagship product for the sixth month old company.
Plantish debuted in the plant protein space in 2021 and raised a pre-seed round of $2 million from TechAviv Founder Partners, a venture fund backed by top industry veterans, including 33 unicorn founders, and angel investors, including esteemed Michelin chef José Andrés, and Nuseir Yassin of Nas Daily.
