JAPAN: November Hokkaido Surimi Production Up 52.6% Year-On-Year
In November, the production of land-based surimi in Hokkaido continued to maintain a pace higher than the previous year for Alaskan pollock and Atka mackerel, according to the National Surimi Manufacturers Association's announcement on December 24.
