DFO Welcomes New Fishery Officers
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada is welcoming new fishery officers to their ranks.
Twenty-two graduates from Troop 121 concluded their 15-week training course, which included both classroom and practical training with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Now these new officers will undergo an additional 30 months of practical training in Fisheries and Oceans Canada field offices across Canada.
