Aleut Corp Met With DOJ on Antitrust Concerns in New Bering Sea Cod Trawl Program
After sounding an alarm over the potential for antitrust activities in the North Pacific Fishery Management Council’s new Bering Sea/Aleutian Island Pacific cod trawl catcher vessel (CV) limited access privilege program (LAPP), the Aleut Corporation met with Department of Justice attorneys on November 30.
