Russia’s Norebo Group Expands Domestic Presence
Norebo Group, one of Russia’s largest fish producers, owned by Vitaly Orlov, has expanded its business by the acquisition of Murmansk enterprises of its local rival FEST Group of Companies, the company which owns quotas for the catch of about 80,000 tons of fish per year.
Financial and other details of the deal were not disclosed.
FEST enterprises will continue to be managed in Murmansk, where Norebo’s headquarters is also located. The companies will function as a separate unit.
