JAPAN: Surimi Inventory Falls Again In August But Overall Shipping Consistent
According to the refrigerated marine products inventories survey by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, the inventory at the end of August nationwide (preliminary figures) continued to be low for Alaska pollock surimi, and the other fish surimi continued to increase slightly.
