Injured Crewman from F/V Patricia Lee Airlifted by USCG 200 Miles SW of Dutch Harbor
Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m. the call for a medical evacuation came from the F/V Patricia Lee, a Kodiak-based crab boat, to the Juneau headquarters of the Coast Guard. The master of the vessel reported a crew member had sustained serious injuries to his pelvic region after becoming pinned by a crab pot about 225 miles west of Dutch Harbor.
