Judge Dismisses Subway ‘Fake Tuna’ Lawsuit
A lawsuit that initially questioned if quick-service sandwich chain Subway used 'real' tuna and would later question the sustainability of its tuna products, was thrown out in federal court by U.S. District Judge Jon S. Tigar.
According to judge Tigar, the plaintiffs in the case were unable to meet the requirements for the suit to move forward.
