USTR Taking Comments on Potential Section 301 China Tariff Exclusions; Talks on Phase 1 Trade Deal
The United States Trade Representative (USTR) will take public comment on a targeted tariff exclusion process for imports from China.
The USTR said on October 4 it will weigh whether to reinstate exclusions on 549 import product categories.
A handful of seafood items are included in the list shared by the USTR including:
- Alaskan sole (yellowfin, rock or flathead, frozen in blocks, in cases with net weight of more than 4.5 kg
