Gosselin Smokehouses Recalls Branded Maple Smoked Salmon Due to Listeria Monocytogenes
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency published a recall warning stating that Gosselin Smokehouses recalled its branded Maple Smoked Salmon due to Listeria monocytogenes, on September 29.
The recalled products were distributed in Quebec, per the CFIA. The size of the products were about 200g and the code was “Lot 124421”.
