GAPP Funds 20 New Partnerships to Broaden Demand for Wild Alaska Pollock in NA and EU
The Association of Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers (GAPP) announced their investment of over $1.6 million to partner with 14 companies that will launch new products made with sustainable wild Alaska Pollock. The companies will introduce new products made with pollock to retail and foodservice outlets across North America and Europe.
The competition was stiff for GAPP’s co-investment funds again this year, said GAPP CEO Craig Morris.
