China’s Seafood Imports Dip Through July as Basa Industry in Vietnam Hit With Challenges

According to statistics from Chinese customs, the country’s import of eatable seafood has dropped by 25.1% to 1.91 million tons from this January to July compared with the same period last year. And it has added new members to the seafood import blacklist almost every two to three days this July, and such bans could last between one to eight weeks.
