CBP to Detain Imports from Fijian Flagged Vessel Hangton No. 112
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said it will detain all tuna and other seafood harvested by Fijian-owned and flagged vessel, the Hangton No. 112.
A Withhold Release Order was issued effective August 4, 2021, against the longliner fishing vessel based on information that reasonably indicates the use of forced labor in Hangton No. 112’s operations.
