May Salmon Sales At Toyosu Market Up 7.6% Year-On-Year
Tokyo Metropolitan Central Wholesale Market's salmon sales in May fell below the same month last year for the first time in 15 months. Although sales of fresh and salted salmon recovered, the overall decline in sales was due to the sharp price rise in frozen coho salmon from Chile.
