Alaska’s House Passes Joint Resolution to Senate Asking Congress To Invest In AK Infrastructure
Alaska’s State House of Representatives passed House Joint Resolution 19 this week, listing eight areas that need an infusion of federal cash immediately, including improvements in broadband to rural fishing communities, port maintenance, and improving the state's ferry fleet as part of the Marine Highway System.
The resolution was sponsored by the House Labor and Commerce Committee.
