Coast Guard Rescues 3 from Sinking Vessel Off Louisiana
The Coast Guard rescued three people from a sinking fishing vessel on May 6 near Black Bay, Louisiana. All three individuals were safely rescued and no medical concerns were reported.
Watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector New Orleans received a report around 11 p.m. that the 40-foot fishing vessel King Dang was taking on water in the Mississippi River Gulf Outlet.
