Multiple Chicken of the Sea Settlement Proposals on the Table in Tuna Price-fixing Lawsuit
Thai Union’s Chicken of the Sea International (COSI) has proposed a $20 million settlement with another group of plaintiffs, the End Payer Plaintiffs (EPPs), in civil litigation stemming from the canned tuna price-fixing conspiracy involving major tuna brands.
The flurry of settlements continues for COSI as another agreement was put in place with the Commercial Food Preparers (CFPs) track in the class-action settlement.
