Russia Expects Slight Decline of Pollock Stocks in Okhotsk and Bering Seas in Years to Come
The Russian Rosrybolovstvo has officially approved the forecast of the total allowable catch for 2022 at the level of 3.25 million tons, according to recent statements made by representatives of the Agency and some local media reports.
Of these, pollock accounts for about 2 million tonnes, while the majority of catch (up to 3.08 million tons) will be produced in the Far Eastern Basin.
