Atlantic Sapphire Responds After 3 Workers Hospitalized
Atlantic Sapphire has issued a statement after three workers were hospitalized earlier this week.
CBS Miami first reported on Tuesday that three people had to be rescued from a large fish tank at Atlantic Sapphire’s Homestead facility. Miami-Dade Fire Chief Jason Richard told the outlet that the three workers were in the tank for routine maintenance.
“...there was some type of fume released and they were overcome by it,” said Richard.
Ultimately other workers were able to pull the three individuals out and they were transported to a local hospital...
