Sernapesca Seizes More Than 68 Tons of Products
Sernapesca, Chile’s National Fisheries and Aquaculture Service, announced on Tuesday that they seized 68 tons of common and southern hake, cholgas and pippin during the period of March 26 to April 4.
The seizure of illegal fishery products was part of Sernapesca’s execution of the Special Inspection Plan for Easter. During that period the agency said that they carried out 2,690 control activities throughout the country.
